Years ago I was in a very uncomfortable situation where the only thing I had other than my tent and sleeping bag was a hard copy of this book, out in the middle of nowhere with no cell phone or usual creature comforts. I started reading it basically just to distract myself from the situation I was in, and am so grateful I did. When I relaxed as I read it and just let it all wash over me, I would reach paragraphs that would blow so much open and really empower me in the situation I was in, reminding me again and again I was already okay no matter what was going on around me. The remainder of my time there was not one only focused-in on my discomfort and worry of the situation, but true enjoyment and stability that I didn't recognize was present before reading this book openly. Thank you so much for offering it in hard copy so this could happen, it is beautiful to see what's possible in this life together.Product details

The author has one idea she repeats over and over. Not a bad idea itself, to catch short moments of open intelligence as often as possible. But to turn it into a book? Yikes. Only for the cult-minded.
